10 days since removal
Hi Ladies
I am now on day 10 of removal and even though I havent yet experienced any dramatic changes I am so glad I've had it taken out.
I had heavy bleeding on day 3 but only for one day, nothing since. My stomach has gone down, no more 'bloating' or IBS symptoms which is such a relief for me as I have suffered every day for the past 6 months.
I gained about 24lbs over that time whilst exercising 5/6 times per week and eating correctly so hopefully the weight will slowly start to come off now its out (no matter what I did I couldnt even shift one pound!)
My hormones are still a bit all over the place and I feel hungry all the time!
I will never again have anything inserted inside me with hormones - this site is such a blessing as I thought I was going insane!
I will keep you all posted once I've had a proper period.
