Acid reflux in newborn

My 3 week old daughter vomits about once a day. Sometimes while nursing and sometimes an hour later. I exclusively breast feed her. I know that adults can treat acid reflux with apple cider vinegar and wondered if this would work for an infant and how much should be given??
