My School will let you transfer in but it is still a 3 year program. You still have to take pathology, clinical Dx, Lab Dx. The reason is B/C philosophy is such a important part of Naturopathic Medicine. A Naturopathic Physician would be missing out on the importance of healing and looking at the whole system. Clinical Dx does a good job of looking at all of the systems that can for example affect the lungs. It not just the lungs but the GI, liver (detox pathways) skin, immune and even endocrine system all call contribute to a pathology. as I am aware in MD and DO schools the systems are very segregated and taught in a isolated fashion.
