After removal - more weight gain!?

Hi Ladies
I weighed myself this morning (17 days since removal) and I've gained another 4lbs! I had a very short period 2 days ago so may be linked to that but I'm not sure. Has anyone been successful in thier weight loss since having the marina removed? Or have any of you gained even more weight and found it difficult to loose? Please advise as I'm feeling really fed up and hate my body so much right now.
