I have a fast growing, just diagnosed "benign" tumor in and around my ankle. It is "amoeba like" and is wrapping around my tendons and around my nerves, veins and arteries. The most respected Orthopedic Oncologist in the southeast, performed my biopsy and exploratory surgery 3 weeks ago and told me Tuesday he does not know what it is and does not have a diagnosis for me. He said I am among the 10% of patients he cannot give a diagnosis to, nor an action plan for moving forward. I am looking for an alternative healthcare facility to treat, reduce and eradicate this debilitating growth in my ankle. Can you advise facilities who may be able to treat me? I am certain I caused this problem due to the extreme stress in my life and fully believe I have the power to eliminate the same.
