Ankle pains with mirena

Amongst all the other symtoms everyone encounters, my ankles and feet are extremely painful. So painful, that in the morning I can hardly walk. I have been to the docters and am due for physio, I'm beginning to think in my crazy mirena thinking, it could be this evil coil? Anyone else encountered this problem? Having the thing removed tomorrow, hopefully all my pains and symtoms will start to go.
