Antidepressant Withdrawl

Okay all,

I need help getting through Lexapro withdrawl. I'm five days without it after a year on. I was only on 10mg/day. I cut it down to half for two or three weeks and then went to every other day for 7 days. Now i'm five days without it and feeling like CRAP!!

I'm taking Meclizine and wearing accupressure bands to try to help with the vertigo. They relieve it some...but not completely.

Please help. Has anyone went to a chiropractor? I've heard they can help with vertigo....but, don't know about vertigo due to withdrawl.
