It does have a physical campus, but I thought it was primarily for massage therapy at the time I was in Portland Oregon. How much any of the degrees is worth I am not sure depending on how much weight you give the different programs. Online programs tend to have much less weight overall with prospective clients. I always push people toward physical, hands on practive of anything you want to do as a career.
