breast, period, HAir loss!!!???

hey i am just really wondering if anyone knows about irrigular periods I seem to get them like every 4 months or so and when i do get it its for only one day. Also my breast have irrigular nipples. they arn't formed right i dont know why this is but i dont want to go to a doctor. I would feel very uncomfortable. Please tell me if anyone knows why i would be having these wierd problems? O and hair loss. My hair just pulls out when i run my firgers through my head! So much com4es out its crazy!!! i
