Career options

I'm very new to all of this and have some quick questions.

I am very interested in a career in natural medicine but I don't have the luxury of time to go to med school for an ND. My husband is in the Army so moving to a state that has a good school isn't an option at this point.
Are there any distance programs available? Other than an ND what else is out there that involves natural medicine but doesn't require more than 2 years of school?
