Carol Perkins, N.D.
I am checking into the services of a Naturopathic Doctor for treatment of my ADD and OCD that are way out of control. I can't get any testimonials, referrals, recommendations, etc. because of confidentiality reasons which have to do with the patient's rights. I wonder if anyone out there who has been treated by Carol Perkins, N.D. of Natural Choices with offices in Lexington, Kentucky and Carmi, Illinois, has a testimony or like recommends her or knows anyone who has been treated by her. My husband is skeptical about this, and he says that I need to convince him, so I'm tring to find people who have been treated by Carol Perkins, Naturopathic Doctor, that do'nt mind sharing their experience with me - good or bad on Carol Perkins, N.D. of Natural Choices.
