hi, i'm 23 in a long term monogamus relation. i've been on the depo for a year now and want to change it because of mood swings (i become a monster the 1st month after shot) i wanted to change to mirena or to implanon, but now im seriously thinking about just using condoms.. any advice? i want a good nice method but dont want to be a monster nor gain weight.. condoms is the real solution?
