Just recently I have become more aware that there is information about our health in our stool. After doing a bit of reading, I realized that what is normal for me, most researches seem to say floating stool indicates digestive problems. 90% of the time my poop floats and has for the past 40 years of my life. I poo every couple of days, don't suffer from constipation or diarrhea. It doesn't seem to smell more than what one would expect excrement to smell like. I eat well, hardly any fats, I am normal height/weight proportions. However, I wonder if my body is making the most out of the food I eat, or perhaps my digestive system isn't as efficient as it could be? Anyone with floating poo info?
