Clayton College is not accredited. You can verify the school through the US Department of Education http://www.ed.gov/admins/finaid/accred/accreditation_pg8.htm l. Looking at the Clayton website they say they are accredited by American Association of Drugless Practitioners and the American Naturopathic Medical Accreditation Board. The real accredited ND schools are listed and are backed by the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education, which is then back by the US department of education. If you also look at the course load for NCNM, in order to graduate and sit in for the boards you need 349 credit hours. Clayton does not even list their required hours. I am sure you can get knowledgeable information from Clayton but to be reputable practitioner Clayton is not the way to go.
