Cold hands and feet

Oops! I placed my request in the reply folder by mistake.
Setting (Am. Black): it's 90 degrees outside and I'm playing basketball in a non air conditioned gym (windows open). My body core is hot and sweaty but my hands are cool to the point of almost being too cold to properly handle the ball. This is not a new symptom; it has been around since I was a kid. Can you suggest a cause and treatment?
