Do you have any independent knowledge of N.D.'s earnings apart from the NCNM survey? Do you know if there are any particular reasons why some N.D.'s do well and others do not? It appears to me that N.D.'s should do as M.D.'s do: practice in groups in order to share facilities and cut overhead. Very seldom do we see an M.D. today who practices alone, unless s/he is highly speciailized. It would seem to me that, since N.D.'s are primary care physicians whom the patient should see first, a group practice would be ideal for them.
