Copper iud hairloss!!!!!

Hi everyone I had my copper iud put in may 2007 so now it's July 2007 and I have been to the dr's about my sudden hair loss. all my labs came back fine.
he told me to buy rogaine but has no awnser for me for why my hair is falling out so badly. even my texture to my long blonde hair is horrible it now is dry and just looks dead! I only can wonder if it was my copper iud?? has anyone else had hair loss? please let me know.
i didnt have insurance so i had to pay for my iud, they are not cheap so i would hate to have it removed for now reason.
