Could it be my Mirena?

I have had my Iud in for about 3 years now. I went into the er on the 2nd day after having it put in. the dr.'s could not figure it our. It finally got better about 2months later. About a year ago I started looking like I was 7mths pregnant feeling dizzy, severe stomach pains and weight gain. My Ob says it looks great. I am wondering if anybody else felt like this? My ob says it isn't my IUD but I keep feeling like it could be. I am active mother of 2 I teach indoor cycling and have never had weight issues before i am desperate on finding any answers.
