Cyst Burst on Ovary

Every month when I get my period the first day I have to go to the hospital because I am in excruitiating pain. They keep telling me I have a cyst bursting on my ovary and that there is another one next to it (which later bursts the next month). I simply won't go on birth control pills (too dangerous). Is there anything natural I can take to prevent them? Or just some kind of pain relievor other then something harmful? beyond that it causes me into so much stress that i get sick right after.. ( I have cronic fatigue syndrome) If anyone has any idea for that even
