It sounds from your description that you might have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Poly meaning many, so all the syndrome does is describe the symptoms.

In terms of treatment, it is very important that you do something to alter the current hormone imbalance. If you are unwilling to go on birth control, there are numerous other options for altering hormone balance in the body, from the complex to the simple (constipation can contribute to symptoms).
