Day 10 after removal of mirena & still complications

I'm at day 10 since the removal of mirena. On Day 7 I experienced heavy (large) clotting. I stopped, had light spotting. On yesterday, the clotting began again, but not a severe.

I'm on Seasonique BCP. Started that the day after the removal of IUD. What's going on? Is anyone esle still having this problem? I just called my doctor?
