Extreme Bleeding after Mirena Removal

I'm a mother of two. Had the IUD for 3 and half years. Problems would be light spotting, acne, weight gain of 20lbs+, appearance of 4 month pregnant, and hair loss. Had the IUD removed 3/17/06. Had light spotting for 3 days. Week later started having heavy flow and golf ball size clots. Haven't stopped bleeding for 11 days. What happens next what should I do? No answers from professional staff. I'm very worried that I'm losing to much blood. Is the blood I'm losing from the past 3 1/2 years of not having a period? Please respond!!!!!!
