i have periodontal disease (some teeth have 8-10mm pockets) - i'm relatively young (32 y.o.) and am very frustated w/this. finally found a good dentist/toxicologist who just did a complete scaling and root planing. are there diet-related or other natural health recommendations to help with the situation??
