Hazel bark necklaces

I'm considering buying a hazel bark necklace for my 6 month old daughter who will begin teething soon... such as the ones offered at www.avellana.ca
Does anyone have any information on the sustained use of hazel bark (in very small doses....)? Is it safe to put this on my daughter, and keep it on for a few months?
