HELP! problems after removal

hi everyone! after having the mirena iud removed after 3 yrs., i've been having nothing but trouble! i didn't get my period shortly after it was inserted in 2002, but when they removed it, i've been bleeding severely w/ HUGE...larger than golf-ball sized clots. this bleeding is still going on after about a month after removal along with the clotting...just when i think the bleeding has stopped, i pass a huge clot and it starts all over again....doc put me on some type of progesterone to stop the bleeding, but it hasn't worked...he doubled my dose and the bleeding is still heavier than ever! getting very scared...i guess it doesn't help that i'm anemic...doc doesn't seem to worried, but i'm petrified...i've never bled like this before! they did a trans-vaginal & pelvic ultrasound and everything came back negative. PAP also came back negative...i have severe pain in the pelvic area even before the iud was inserted...worse after removal...also have back pain, i'm so tired, and i have pounding headaches! please email me if you have any suggestions....thanks! my email is: rebeccanelson98@aol.com.
