I am so grateful I've found this page I could almost cry. I thought I was going nuts...a pair of jeans that fitted me one week were too small the next...my breasts were so sore and swollen I couldn't even bear to have the sheets in bed touching them. My weight gain after one year of having the Mirena in has been around 28-30lbs. This has been an absolute nightmare for me to the point I am embarrassed to see my old friends and have socially withdrawn. Libido has been NIL. Had the thing taken out two weeks ago and have bled heavily since, but I don't care. I will end up having a hysterectomy which is what I should have done in the first place. Thank you all so much for validating my experiences.
