hypotonia in 14 month

My daughter has low muscle tone. She is 14 months and can sit up if put in that position. She is not crawling or pulling up to walk yet. She is very social, but not verbal yet. (she was born with a mild hearing loss) She does wear hearing aides. She does: OT, PT, and speech theorpy. She has never been diagnost with anything other than hypotonia. Someone suggested seeing a naturpathic doctor.
How would this be diferent than all the other ped, genetics, etc... that she has seen. Do you think it might help????
