I'm so glad I found this site!!!!!!!!

I had a mirena Iud for the last year and thought I was dying. I truly did. I was afraid to go to the dr. because I didn't want to hear what he would say. My obgyn told me in the beginning that this IUD would cause no side effects other than a missed period. LOL !! I should have known. I've had my heart racing...high blood pressure, pain in my arms, morning sickness , headaches (which now I think were caused by the blood pressure) weight gain etc. I finally got smart and had it removed 2 days ago..while my blood pressure still doesn't feel normal I haven't thrown up or had my heart race. :)..I'm so glad that I found this site it has brought me so much relief knowing it wasn't all in my head.
