Is it my mirena?

I have had my mirena put in after I had my son about two years ago. Since then I have been putting up with reoccuring yeast infections, vaginitis, pain during and after sex, headaches, I feel tense all the time, I have no patience, and I feel bad about myself, and guilty that I am not a good mother. My skin seems to be sensitve when i urinate. I also have been experiencing waking up in the night sweating, having repeated nightmares over and over. I also have had a lot of trouble using the bathroom. The doctors have said my ph balance is off and have tried several medications to fix this problem but I have not seen any results. He mentioned removing the mirena. I am scared to have this removed because what if it isnt the problem. Has anyone tried the nuvaring? I need advice. Its hard not knowing what is wrong with your body.
