The Nutrtion in the CNME programs is unfortunately pretty limited. Study as much nutrtion as you can. I have studied nutrition in an Nd program, a masters program but got far better information on my own. study people like Weston Price, Bernard Jensen and Royal Lee. Go to seleneriverpress.com, buy all over Royal Lee's audio lectures and it will be the most valuable nutrtion course you will ever see.
