longer than normal period

This has never happened for as long as I have been able to have a period. My period came as usual in May lasted 2-3 days like normal and 11 days later came back and is still going. Just wondering if it is something to worry about or not. I have the Mirena IUD and have had for 4 years now wondering if it could be a cause? Thanks
