I had to make this decision last year. I declined my naturopathic acceptance, and am now applying to MD and DO schools to start in 2009. I am still very interested in natural medicine, but hope to attend naturopathic school with advanced standing in the future (after I already have a medical degree). I talked to my naturopathic physician about this, and she says she would do the same thing as I'm doing if she could do it all over again.
