merina and nasty fluids and weight gain

i had nothing but nasty fluid leaking and it smells horible(ive been tested for infections, gyn said its from the merina, go figure). im tired of wearing pantilines and im tired of all this acne, and horrible weight gain. it was very hard to put in and now im getting it out and i hope that doesnt hurt too. i guess im gonna have to go back on pills, i have a tubaligaion, but i used the iud for heavy periods. any suggs?
