merina removed 11 days ago-life is good

my story is typical - after my second baby I'd lost all the baby weight, I was 140 lbs size 10. Got merina, three months went by and then started steadily gaining, about 2 to 5 lbs every two months. The day I went to have it removed, 2.5 years later, I weighed 181. This is very near to what I was when I was 9 months pregnant. Also the whole time I had the nastiest acne breakouts and terrible sleeplessness.

11 days later, I'm down 5 lbs and my acne has vanished for the first time in two years. I've had a period the last 11 days also, i have to wonder if this gunk was in my body for the two years i had no period. My friends dr told her you had to have a period every three months or you were risking endomitriosis.

I stuck with it so long because my dr. was certain the merina was not the cause. I kept attributing my problems to other things, until I just realized I'm almost the weight of a 9 months pregnant woman this has got to stop.

The day I had it out my Dr. said I should go get tested for food allergies and try other tactics because merina might not be it and she didn't want me to be disappointed. But she did concede that maybe my body reacted this way to having a foreign thing in it.

Merina is a miserable product that they should take off the market immediately. Even the doctors don't understand it.
