hi -- i am 46 had 4 children and have had the mirena iud for about a year.. i have dark spots on my face , i thought it was sun damage. after going to a plasitic surgeon he said he it all hormones. i just dd laser treatment and he sent me home with a bleaching cream. so far it works,, i did not remove my iud ( yet )
