My wife had Mirena for about 12 months before we got married, I cannot believe the change I have seen in her. Mood swings, terrible depression when she says she is the happiest she has ever been, significant overnight swelling, 14 days bleeding on occasion. I cannot believe the number of people who have been affected by this. Is anything happening in Australia because I already know of a number of other women who are experiencing the same problems.
