Mirena and class action lawsuit

I can sympathize with all of you, alot of the same side effects. Mine went in Dec 07 had alot of things happen during and prior to inserting, Gyn made me feel like it was all in my head, the pain, moods (turned 40) had to be I was depressed about that. That is all nothing compared to what has been discovered recently, for the last 4 years or so get alot of pain in my sides right around my period, kicks me down to where it hurts to move, however she felt it was no way linked to my Reproductive world. Went to a DO recently to work on that problem, had a CT done come to find out I have 2 very large cyst on each ovary, called my GYn as soon as I found out had them pull a endometris test I had done in 05, come to find out I had the cyst then, which now are almost twice the size. What I can't figue out is why she would ever suggest putting this thing in me with cyst already there and all the symptoms for cyst are the ones I have been telling her the last 4 plus years.
Does anyone have cyst caused from Mirena or know if they had cyst at the time it went in? I am seriously researching this looking for answers, I will be going both ways on this considering I have to have surgery now and if I'm lucky they will not have to take my ovaries.
For side effects Mirena/Bayer only mentions you could develop cyst (12%) and they normally go away 2-3 months after removal and sometimes surgery is required. I need the satistics for the people who had cyst prior to because the Dr never bothered to mention it.
Any help would be appreciated.
