Re: Mirena and class action lawsuit

I had the mirena on me sometime in July, and i started to have complications. I had my periods for months, every other week that lasted for two weeks. I finally went in to see the doctor and she couldn't find the string. I had an ultra sound, MRI and X rays and finally the relocated the IUD. It tear off out of the uterus and it's somehwere behind the uterus. I am going to get surgery done this friday the 25th of Nov, 2005. I am so scare. I was never told from my doctor that such thing like this would ever happen except that little chance the Mirena may displace but will get place back to its normal position. Please someone with the same experience get back with me. I have done soo many research if there is anyone out there with the same exact situation as me to come out and speak with me. I am so scare what if i don't make it after the surgery. Or what did really went wrong at the doctors office when she had inserted it in. I am so depress, worry and scared. Please help
