Mirena Coil - Panic Attacks

I had the Mirena coil fitted six weeks ago in the UK. Four nights ago I experienced what I can only describe as a panic attack; sweating, feeling faint, fast heartbeat and numbness in the whole body. I have had two completely trouble free pregnacies and keep extremely fit and healthy. I have never experienced anything life this before and can only put it down to the coil. Has anyone else experienced this?
