Mirena/cysts

I had IUD inserted in March of 2003, since then I have had nothing but worries and problems...first I bled all the time, which the doc said was normal, now it has been 11 monthes since I have had a period. About 17 monthes ago I went to my gyno. complaining of pains on my right lower side during intercourse and he told me that as you get older ( i am now 38) you experience pains in parts of your body. He went ahead and did a pap smear and it came back abnormal. He then did a cervical biopsy and it came back pre-cancerous, but nothing extreme according to him. I had another one 7 monthes later and it came back bad also. They said that they would wait until 6 monthes later to do another. Since then, actually last month I went to my general practicioner (spelling?) complaining of constant urination problems and occasional pain during intercourse. I had an urinary infection. He had me go for a intra-vag sonagram and it showed a complex cyst on the rt. side 4 cm. I was supposed to go for another ultrasound in 8 weeks, but 2 days ago been experiencing pains on my left side. I called my doc. and he sent me for another one, that from the info I got from the tech. that performed it, she said I have more complex cysts on both sides. Should I worry, I have a bit of pain on my left side, but still haven't had a period-Tami
