Mirena IUD, weight

I have mirena placed after I had my third baby. The only problem I have I can lose last 8 pounds and it seems like it all in my abnominal. I look like I am three mth pregnant and weight as I weighted when I was three mth. With two older kids I lost all weight right away. I do go to the gym and eat as usual. Scince I have mirena I do not have a period at all. So I was thinking mayby this is the reason I feel like I am blouded. I am petit women usually 113lb, and know I am 120 and it not going anywere. I am thinking to take it out. Any suggestions?
