Mirena just inserted, problems?

I had a Mirena inserted a week ago (and probably wouldn't have had I found this site sooner!). How long will the bleeding last? It seems to stop and the more I do (got 3 kids, no slowing down) the heavier it gets. There's also a dull constant ache. Any info?
