Mirena moved

Hi all,
I too have had massive weight gain, pains, bad mood swings and hair loss since getting Mirena. I had an appointment to remove it last week but Dr. couldn't get it out. After an ultrasound looks like mine moved and I will need it surgically removed. Anyone else have a problem getting it out?
