I had the Mirena inserted in July. Since then, I have had a huge amount of hair loss. Probably 1/3 of my hair has fallen out. I also have had touble sleeping. I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. It is terrible. I have only noticed about 5-7 lbs. weight gain. I am having mine removed tomorrow. Even my hair dresser noticed I was losing my hair. My docotr does not believe this is the reason, but they are not the one going bald.
