mirena question... VERY GRAPHIC!

Again, I will say this is a graphic description, so I apologize in advance, but I don't know where to turn. You can't trust doctors these days, that much is obvious from the other posts, but here goes...

I had the mirena inserted about 2 months ago, and of course I'm having massive cramping and constant bleeding, etc., but I have also developed a massively extreme amount of thick thick discharge. I'm sorry for the description, but everytime I use the restroom and use any abdomenal pressure, there's always globs of discharge in the toilet bowl, and sometimes (I am SO sorry for the description) there will be a thick strand of discharge going from my vagina down to the toilet, and I have to pull it out of me. Again, I'm embarressed to have to ask, and I don't have good medical coverage to go in and talk to my doctor, so thank you anyone that can help me.
