I hope no one gets in trouble for taking your own mirena out. After some research I took the thing out. The doc's want me to think about the removal and come back later. I don't have time for that. It came out with ease. I read if it didn't come out easy there might be a big problem that were the professionals must come in. I felt liberated that I took it out. Now it's Iam reading about the side effects that most have after removal.
