I was the same. I got my Mirena removed 2 1/2 weeks ago. spotted for two days. have had abdominal discomfort for the last week, period like...but no bleeding. woke up yesterday with pregnancy symptoms...but my hubby and I have taken lots of precautions, and I am not pregnant...
