Re: Mirena Removed

Had mine removed today after 6 months, as well.my hormone levels were fine,thyroid test fine,going to have alopecia blood test and doc asked had I had my testosterone levels checked.I know it's the iud causing hair loss not stress as my other doc reckons.also have weird crawly skin feelings.started in my hair and now on my face around eyes and cheek.seeing a neurologist for that, possibly having an mri.I bet it's the iud hormones causing havoc.if the skin thing stops..i'll know who the culprit is.at least it's out now..had a bad time putting it in.nearly fainted,vomited etc. but extremely easy removal, for those of you considering it.good luck everyone.
