mirena removed-after 5 years of hell!!!!!

After 5 years of feeling like a stranger within my own body i finally plucked up the courage and came to the decision to have my mirena removed, within weeks of having my mirena inserted the depression set in which after giving birth twice over i had never felt as low as i did within this period, not just low but at times suicidal, the weight gain has been enormous with a total gain of 3 stone, headaches have been uncontrolable, and the acne came which i didn't even experiance in my teenage years, the tiredness was also something else i couldn't control and my hair was falling out in handfuls.
So at the beginning of december i decided it must go, i wasn't getting any help from my GP and felt like i was coping with these symptoms alone.
The bleeding started within days of having it removed and lasted a total 4 weeks, the heaviest bleeding i have ever experianced with blood clots like golf balls i thought it was never going to stop!
Now it has i feel like a new person the weight is starting to fall off all bloatedness gone so i don't look 5 months pregnant all the time, no acne, tiredness has lifted and i have loads of energy, hairloss is calming down, and i finally feel of saine mind my family think there living with a new person and i feel like one.
For all of you out there who are still coping with the mirena stop coping and get rid, i coped for 5 years and just kept getting told from my GP how wonderful it was, no this is wonderful, feeling my old self at long last !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
