mirena removed also-3 days and counting..

hello ladies..

i had mine inserted in april 06 right after the birth of my son..after experiencing almost all of the symptoms mentioned for almost a year...i had severe lower abdominal and back pain,along with discharge and bleeding on 2/28/07..bad enough to send me to the ER crying...they ran all their tests and came back diagnosing me with cervicitis and a bladder infection and told me to make an appt with my gyno to get the mirena removed IMMEDIATELY...i went the next morning and had it taken out after arguing with the doc over it...she kept trying to convince me to keep it..that it couldnt be causing my problems...even went so far as to suggest to me,in front of my husband...that i may have gotten the infection from an std!..implying that my hubby must be sleeping around... my husband was very angry and told the dr so....but anyways it has been 3 days...ive had the bleeding,some cramping, but i still feel really tired and just a little moody...and the antibiotics i was given dont help either...(doxycycline) they make my stomach cramp and make me nauseous,but i know i have to take them..i really would like to know how long it will take to get back to normal after all this.
